Why PT (Personal Training)?

More and more people are turning to Personal Trainers to achieve their goals in fitness and lifestyle.

You need to be careful in the choice of trainer that you have.  There are literally thousands out there so how do you know who to go with?

I’ve been a personal trainer for over a decade, teaching Martial Arts for longer and am now an Educator to the UK’s Fitness Industry.  This means that I deliver training courses to personal trainers, fitness instructors, gym managers and even the PTIs for the Military all over Europe.

RDP (Results Driven Programming) is the method I adopt, using what works and disregarding what doesn’t for an individual is the philosophy behind it.

I treat sessions like play time and use a multitude of toys to keep the sessions alive and kicking!
