PINK BELT KICKBOXING PROGRAMME: NUTRITIONAL GUIDELINES

To accompany your training, now is the time to introduce some nutrition guidelines into the mix.

You see, the first few weeks of the programme can be a little overwhelming with a lot of information and new skill sets thrown at you. We let you get to grips with that first and for the last 9 weeks (and even afterwards) you can stoke up the fat burning fire with optimal fuel.

Please note, these are just guidelines. For the programme and obtaining a pink belt, eating this way is NOT COMPULSORY. It will enhance the results exponentially.
