The Main Kettlebell Exercises
These are the main exercises we deem as FUNDAMENTALS. They are representative of the main movement patterns (albeit not SMASH or FIGHT) and chosen from the Russian Style to best mimic Girevoy (Sport). These are:
- Kettlebell 2 Hand Swing
- Kettlebell 1 Hand Swing
- Kettlebell High Pull
- Kettlebell Snatch
- Kettlebell Clean
- Kettlebell Squat
- Kettlebell Overhead Press
- Kettlebell Windmill
- Kettlebell Turkish Get-up
