WARM UP with CV Equipment
WARM UP – Advanced Mobility
This sequence has a basic to intermediate warm up protocol. We include mobility for major joints and dynamic stretching for major muscle groups
COOL DOWN
This sequence of static stretching includes holds for the main muscle groups that are tight in most people. If you don’t apply it as a cool down, there are some ‘take home’ positions it may be worth noting.
