The main focus of this seminar should be to provide the pre and post-natal trainer with the tools and knowledge for the safe and effective exercise application and programme design for clients.
This seminar will allow you understand the physiolocial and anatomical changes that occur during pregnancy and afterwards, how these changes will cause adaptations to a normal functional training programme, and how to imprlment this recommendations practically into your sessions or group classes.

The aim of this course is to provide a comprehensive theoretical overview of the considerations when working with pre and post natal clients, students. This workshop is NOT designed to replace the full qualification, just to help instructors & trainers with these clients undertake safe and effective training..
